Poor service and setup. Napkins neither available nor placed on my bag of food, and ketchup provided in bags when my entree didn't come with any place to squeeze the ketchup onto. Only saving grace was how good the food tasted!
I probably wouldn't recommend this stop. We were traveling, and thought KFC would be a good, family friendly option. Nope.
First of all, the staff were surly and downright rude. I had to ask 3 times to get a single pack of sauce to go with our chicken strips. The floors were so coated in grease that you slip and slide trying to walk to a table. And while I understand that 90% of the patrons eating in were elderly, we only had one person who was friendly about our tired toddler who had been in a car all day. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

All though it was very busy. Our food came out quickly and correct. It was so busy every table inside was taken but there is outside seating that was nice and peaceful.
It's just off of I75 exit 41 ...service is good and food was hot
