I love Hardee's gravy and biscuits, but I could not eat the gravy at this Hardee's. It was different and did not taste good. So disappointing.

Service and food was awful!! First had to repeat our order at drive thru 3 times and then again at the window. FIVE cashiers were standing at the window just chit chatting. We got our burgers finally after waiting almost 10 mins and they were cold. I mean cooler than room temp...not sure why we waited so long for cold burgers. My husband order a cup of ice, cashier handed him a cup with about 5 cubes of ice. Worst Hardees experience ever!!
Pretty good food, decent people. Only four stars though because they nearly always get something wrong, but they do fix it no issues.
