Love cracker barrel in general. Food is always good and service is suspect rarely. Stopped there today around 4 pm for chicken dinner. There were 4 of us.
This is hands down the worse Cracker Barrel I have ever been to. Wrong orders, food cold, and the "server" was like a deer in the headlights. As a matter of fact, this whole area is dysfunctional and should be avoided. If you can make it to Knoxville, TN, or Richmond, KY the other way, you will be a lot happier.

The atmosphere calms and relaxes you. The London Ky. Location is very clean friendly and the service and food are unmatched anywhere. The manager is a very nice man. This is undoubtedly a family and budget friendly restaurant. Comfort food in the making. Take your family and relax. Sept. 22 2017
Service was the worst ever and the food was sub par. Will never stop at this one ever again. I always leave a tip but not this time.
We have eaten at Cracker Barrel for years. We always looked for them when we traveled. The food is good and the place has a very homey feeling. You can also get deals on clothes platters and gravely bowls you name it. I myself have purchased about 4 blouses from them. Check them out.
