We hit a turkey on Friday afternoon, on our way home back to Wisconsin. We called safelitle, scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning, we get there, and Noone here. So called the 800 number, and not even sure if they'll have our particular windshield in. This is very upsetting for such a big company. We felt more like a number than people
