Sold me a VERY expensive part that I was unable to use. After contacting the mfg of the part I came to find out it is not compatible at all with the machine it was advertised for. They refused a return or even partial refund as I was then outside of the return window due to other extenuating circumstances. Horrible customer service, misleading ad, refusal to communicate to remedy the issue.
Very helpful staff. I got my order within 7 days with regular shipping. And the airbox i ordered was very good condition with everything they said it would come with. I will be using them again. And i would recommend them to anybody looking for really good used parts!
