what a mess you guys are.
My drive shaft got broken in TN on I75. Called these guys, they tow me to Somerset KY to their shop. I called the dealer to buy a new drive shaft, it would of took between 2-3 weeks to get one from the dealer. On the beginning I was scared they would charge me a huge amount for over 100 miles drive. $635 that what the tow bill was. They manufactured me a new drive shaft, installed brand new yokes and u joints, repaired some broken airlines, installed me a tool box on the side of my truck for under $2300. At the dealer it would of cost me at least double. Plus the owner gave me a ride to a hotel and arranged with the hotel manager to give me a discount price on the room too and the next day when the truck was ready he picked me up again. Than I had some DEF issues they couldn't fix, he called the Mack dealer manager in town and these guys at Mack got me in right away, fixed my problem fast and now I'm back on the road. Truck's running smoothly and better than before. Well what can I say.... Rarely you find a towing company that doesn't rip you off. These guys are nice, professional and do not over price their services. I 100% recommend Candido's Towing and repair to anyone having problems on I75 in this area KY/TN. Thank you guys! I don't care what previous reviews say, they were very nice with me!
fair towing prices, but if you get to their shop, will be ripped off, make sure you get towed in a decent shop, even dealerships has a better estimates (9.5 hrs of labor), they charged 18 hrs
When you tell people you will call to confirm a tow within 30 minutes, and don't - and then after 45 minutes I call you to cancel, and you try to FORCE me to pay a fee? Then call me from 3 different numbers to harass me?
Very professional service. Was there today getting my company trailer worked on. Josh was very friendly. Will be going back next time I need service. Also they have national tire account service.
