Unbelievably great service. I came in from out-of-town to look at a car from London that I was considering buying. He moved a car out of one of his bay and pulled in the one I brought and really gave it a great once-over.
Everyone was so courteous, making sure the waiting room was warm enough, calling me out to look at what he had found, asking me about the lot I was buying the car from, offering advice and his opinion on the car. He knew there was almost no chance of me ever being a repeat customer, yet treated me like I had been coming for years. He could have told me he was too busy to do an inspection --and it looked like he was-- but he didn't turn me away!
If you are anywhere near London, Kentucky and want someone honest and friendly to look at your car -- I cannot recommend this place any higher.
