Awesome store some trivial problems about knowledge of merchandise on hand and in stock otherwise an awesome experience with very friendly and helpful and professional employee's there willing to help the most talkitive and hard to please customer.
This particular Verizon store is very unprofessional and will scam you into upgrading just to make a sale. Darrell Roberts stated my phone was in fine enough condition to return and upgrade with no additional costs. Turns out I had to pay off my old phone, and new phone. In addition to this bad sale made he also stated he would give a free phone case and free screen protector and actually ended up charging us.

This is by far the best Verizon in the region! The store has experienced, seasoned staff that will help them with whatever your wireless needs are! Great customer service, friendly faces, wonderful reception, and the latest cell phones!
