Nothing like ordering an xmas gift and they claim they delivered it but no one came to my door.....they left it hang on my gate 1/4 mike from my house and now it’s gone!
No question Fed Ex needs to do something about the location in London, KY. Other Fed Ex offices in the area do fine, but repeated problems with the one in London: having drivers not deliver and lie about why, saying they left tags, saying they tried twice, saying they can't find the address. It's the delivery driver's job to find the address. You know every one of them has a cell phone with GPS if they cared to try to do the job right. London has this same problem over and over. Clearly need to change out their driver(s) and manager at that location.
The wait took a while, but i can understand ith it being the holiday season. The gentleman that helped me was incredibly nice, while also being to the point. Helping me to do what I needed and get it done without making me feel obligated to hang around and small talk with him.
ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE I have waited all day with people here to assemble the things I ordered. I have TWO packages on the Fed Ex truck out of London Kentucky less than an hour from my house and I get online to see why they haven't come yet at 400 p.m. and see Delivery Exception because the driver claims he cant find my street address?? Well the Fed Ex driver five days ago from a different hub besides London found it And the UPS driver found it every day for the last week ANY idiot with his smartphone can find it and I KNOW every driver has one. My Phone number is clearly entered in all my records and nobody called. This is simply a case of a LAZY driver who didnt want to try and do HIS JOB. I called right after the Exception was entered and nobody in London will answer the phone. The central FedEx customer service I reached tried to call them too and could not get through. NO EXCUSE for not being reachable when I know the driver could have been sent back to actually do his job and deliver my stuff if they would have answered. Now Im supposed to get it tomorrow. We have to take off work again to do that. My assemblers will not be able to be here at the same time tomorrow. IT IS NOT THAT HARD... FINDING AN ADDRESS... ITS WHAT PEOPLE PAY YOU FOR Anyway even though you didn't ask and shouldn't need it I emailed you directions to my house. Two possible cross roads off a major state highway, and both run smack into my road the driver says he couldn't find. It is not hard to find if you are a professional driver for Pete's sake! My address and name are clearly blazened on the mailbox My phone number which your lazy driver SHOULD have used today is in the email as well! This is not the first time I have had extreme low effort problems with a FedEx driver when the package is routed through London. All the others do fine and get their job done and give the fast service they are paid for. This particular hub has some major lazy driver and poor management issues.
