Called on the morning of April 8th to rent a truck, they laughed at me for asking about a truck. Lots of rental places in London, Kentucky. Won't try this one again.

If you have nothing better to do then give away your hard earned money this is where I would rent a U-Haul from. I rented here and sit in the office for over an hour due to fact they are in capable of running a business. They have no idea how to run the computer system or apparently the fax machine. A YEAR later my sister rented from here as well (little did I know this was where she went or i would of warned her) and after sitting an hour she left upset because they still never had her paper work done. Finally we called uhaul and they told her to get the key they would worry about the rest of the paperwork. When returning the uhaul from a **9** mile trip they charged her for *79* miles and had to be issued a refund from UHual.. I WOULD NEVER NEVER SUGGEST U RENT FROM HERE... Unless you have nothing better to do then wait and then be over charged for poor service.
