What a great addition to Levi Jackson State Park activities! The staff is helpful and friendly. The different courses offer a good mixture for different skill/age levels. I have been multiple times and it is fun each time. I love taking visitors...it is a memorable activity for them. It is great to get a Laurel County residency discount also!
Fantastic place! The courses are fun and challenging and the staff was WONDERFUL!!! I was beat, but my 8 year old had the time of his life!
We r looking forward to trying to come back soon and get to try it out, however, we were told at 730pm that we could not complete the course because they start shutting down at 9pm... if u r advertising 10pm, u shouldnt close any b4 10pm.. we drove from Richmond and was advertised selling tickets til 8pm... but she informed us that it would be wasting our money because we would not have time to complete the course... at least she did inform us b4 we spent our money!! So we will be coming back when we can complete it.
Been twice in the past two weeks and used a coupon both times because I wouldn't have paid more than $12 for the ropes course. Overall the course was fun even though some of the elements that were supposed to be suitable for young kids were challenging as an adult. However I would give the staff a negative rating if I was able to. There were probably 10 people staffed both times I went and probably 2 of them who actually got off of their phones and got up out of their chairs to help the entire time I was there with 20+ people on the courses including lots of kids. There was one girl, the same girl, that helped us both times we were there and she was excellent. Don't know her name but she looks like Sydney Leroux. Kudos to her. I'll be back but not until I find another coupon.
The staff is amazing. Great adventure for any skill level.
