They often miss picking up my garbage,sometimes for weeks at a time. One time they didn't pick up my garbage for a month and still charged a full bill.

Poff carting is the ONLY option we have for trash and recycling pickup, and we are required by the city (as we should be living inside city limits) to have trash pickup, which boils down to me being required to hand poff money for a service that is more and more frequently becoming aggressive and discriminatory. I live it a poor neighborhood and as such we are lucky that people don't just throw there trash in the street, but poff makes sure to remind us that we are in a poor area by treating us like second class citizens. Our trash is fairly reliable, but recycling pickup is seemly at their discretion. Also, they don't like it when you complain about this, and will let you know that you are not special (which im not, but i also don't suggest that i am) and that they don't have to do anything for you. If you have poff carting i hope they treat you better. I am less frustrated by Spectrum Cable (Comcast) than I am by Poff.
Finally has some friendly staff. Helped me get stuff out of my car for the dumpster because I'm pregnant.
