My family and I were traveling for Christmas when our family car broke down nearby (for good, unfortunately). The owners and staff here really went out of their way to help us out and helped rescue our holiday travel plans- even recommending a mechanic. This is a Hertz "Local Edition" location, and I assume it is a franchise arrangement- at any rate, we feel blessed to have ended up here. It has been a long time since I had felt so taken care of at a place of business. The location also rents Penske trucks, sells bird houses and feeders, and I believe also sells animal feed in general.
All the vehicles were rented...don't understand why they just sit there and get payed for sitting. Needed a rental...total frustration.
Make sure that you ask the rates plus surcharges. It's close to 50 dollars for one day, mid size car.
