In the future, I think I will go somewhere else to get better service & better vehicle. Years ago I got excellent service there, but within the last two or three years, service has really went down. On the positive side, I will say they are very nice & polite, which is the only reason I gave the one star.
Fast place to rent a car when you are broken down or just on your way without one.
I either rent or return a car here every three weeks to get to work. These guys are super friendly and helpful, while also maintaining their professionalism. Probably the only good part about leaving to go to work!
For the second year in a row, I have been given a car that has been smoked in so much, it literally makes me sick the whole time I am driving it. I asked specifically to not be given a smoked in car. Also, it was so filthy, I had to stop at a car wash to have it washed just so I can safely see out the windshield, and it was so stained on inside, no floor mats, I was actually ashamed to have people ride it in for my business trip/vacation. I had to wait 20 minutes for it to be gassed up (next door) & for the attendant to let us know that the pumps were down. Another 20 to go less than 1/4 mile to another gas station, which made me late for my next appointment. I should have known something when I got into the car, all the windows rolled down & A/C blasting on high. It did NOT help. When I complained about this on my return, they apologized but that was all.
I love the staff here in London. They are always so nice and helpful. They always help make sure I get a vehicle that will help me do what I need to do whether it be transport baby birds to a wildlife refuge or haul furniture to a family member out of state who lost everything!
