Overpriced rude service department. You can always find the car you want somewhere else alot cheaper.
Purchased a new SUV
I have been dealing with this dealership since 1995, I have never had a problem with them, their service and parts department are out standing, they are friendly and knowledgeable of all my vehicles.
When I called to check on my SRX they told me that they had cracked the rear panel in the process of removing it to gain access to the latch to open the rear hatch. They said the latch itself was broke and needed replaced. They said it would cost me $495.00 to complete the repair. I told them to hold up on the repair to give me a chance to find another used rear panel to save me some money and maybe find a used latch. I went to Tincher Williams Chevrolet to pick up my Cadillac and settle up with them for the hours work they said they had done at that point. When I got there they had me charged with 1 hour and a half but they adjusted the invoice back to 1 hour when I questioned the price. When I got the car home I check the latch to find nothing wrong with it. The cable had come loose from the latch and when hooked back up it worked good. Tincher Williams was going to charge me for a latch I did not need. They cracked the rear panel which may or may not have been avoidable but they intended to charge me for work that didn't need to be done. They have lost my business for that. The survey requires me to choose a star rating from 1 to 5. I had to choose 1 because the survey could not be process by not choosing nothing so I choose a star rating of 1 but I would have choose 0 if it had been applicable.

There Service Suck nothing but Bad Luck from day (1)THEY have MY Cell phone Lock up TO Verzion Company it's always own Roaming,I Can't even make Phone Calls out even with good connection &Service always sading pleased reenter (10) ditch Phone Number i own MY Cell phone i Can't even take TO another Company & get there monthly Service because i Try THEY told ME that they can't because they have MY Cell phone Lock up i Would Understand THEM locking MY Cell phone up IF i was Using their Contact but I'M not i own nothing own MY phone i Should Have the Right TO Take IT Anywhere get better Service with other Companies I would not Recommend buying This Brand from Wall -Mark ,Verzion 4G Galaxy j1 p.s. I'm buying Pread Paid cards from month TO month Wasn't MY 40$/50$ I Can't even used IT know we're out IN town I'm South Williamson area
