It was a terrible time there. I had such bad customer service with little help and information about a vehicle I was looking at. I couldn't even take it home and be looked at when I was about to sign the papers the next day. The staff are rude and could care less.
My experience was top notch, I have zero complaints about my purchase. Everything was extremely fast, before I knew it I was in my truck driving home. I was treated very well and will do future business with them.
Friend bought a car 5 days later it was bone dry on oil, she took it back and they “fixed” it and it started leaking oil again and she got an oil sill and it stopped and now it’s leaking oil again!
Drove from Knoxville to look at a truck that was wrecked several times and poorly repaired. Worst of all, this was a truck that my brother in law was purchasing. He was told everything was fine with it. He couldn't come pick it up because he was in the hospital. These guys lied to a man who had just had a heart attack. Please do not do business with them! Avoid that black Nissan Titan!!!! Poor business!
