The staff here are phenomenal!! We called and got an appt within an hour. Our puppy ended up having parvo. We chose to keep him there for treatment. They took excellent care of him and got him better as well as follows up calls. We could visit anytime and we loved the friendly atmosphere. We had called the animal house clinic first and the lady put us off said they could do nothing for him. Didn't try to see him at all and said it sounds like parvo and nothing they could do and he would die! I would never visit or take an animal to that clinic ever! They would have let out German shepherd die and the animal hospital was vigilant in saving him but to God be all the glory!
Dr. Smith and his staff are outstanding. When we entered the reception area we were greeted by two wonderful ladies and were immediately taken to an exam room. They took all information over the phone and all we had to do was get our girl's weight before seeing Dr. Smith. Her regular vet was out of town and our backup vet who we have used for years and have paid them a small fortune in vet fees wouldn't work her in until two days later. Even though we were not clients Cumberland worked us in even when they were booked up for the day. Their compassion and love for animals is outstanding. They have a new client.
