My point in not giving a better review for Day Bros is the fact that they should have know the inferior quality of the Heartland coach. And the fact that the dealership is no help with these issues if you don’t return to the dealership. Further, you best get in writing any agreement concerning warranty and DO NOT TRUST ALAN WIGENT. This is not a one time problem, I can assure you. Buyer beware that Heartland is NOT a superior coach like it is priced and advertised. There is better quality in coaches that are half the price. Again buyer 958389!!!

Bought a Landmark 365 over the phone. All went well and it was ready to pick up when they said. All was well till we got the coach home. Now keep in mind this is an $80k travel trailer, not a motor home. The first thing that happened was the entire kitchen flooded. The wrong furrel has been used to connect the plastic water line to the refrigerator. Shut water off, put fans and heaters in kitchen to dry out before major damage. The next thing happens is we smell propane. After opening up the left side it was obvious the propane was coming from the top of a faulty regulator. Called Day Bros and they informed me that since it was four hours back to their facilty that I could call Heartland and get a warranty claim and have someone local repair it. Found a guy 16 miles away. I got authorization from Alan Wigent at the warranty department to have it repaired. He informed me to have the tech remove the regulator and send to him and he would send a new one. Which he did. He paid the first invoice. He refused to pay for the tech to return and reinstall the part saying it should not take that long. He obviously thought the guy should move in with me until the new part came. He agreed to pay until it was done and then refused. The front batteries stopped charging and he checked that while he was there. He found that the converter had not been plugged in the the bottom of the coach. Still no charge and it was determined that four different terminals were not crimped properly. The bathroom fan was determined to have faulty wire and the tech replaced those. Fuses were determined to be labeled in error from the factory. While all of this is being done, the rubber bumper on the third slide out fell out. The sound bar will still not communicate with the tv. The bedroom accent lights have never worked. The trash can slide out literally fell out in the floor from the small “ staples” coming out of the floor mount.
