High Performance Roofing is a five star contractor. I am not an expert in this business but I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job than they did for us. From the visits of the company owners to the attention to detail from the employees, they are a class act. They were so professional and endearing, we missed them when the project was complete. They became an extension of our family. We would happily recommend them for any needed projects.

The team arrived ready to go to work, and every member of the team knew exactly what they were to do and started immediately. They had the old roof completely removed in about two to two and a half hours. At that time the team leader came to me and pointed out three really bad problems on the plywood sheets on the roof,explained in detail what needed to be done to repair and explained any additional cost (which was very,very minimal)to fix the problem. The new roof was completely installed by the end of the day. No short cuts during the installation, no cheap substitutions in the materials used. After the clean up you could never tell a new roof had just been installed. At the end of the day, three of the team who had done the installation came and asked if I was satisfied with job, did I have any questions, did I have any complaints. The next day the company owner came by to do a final check on the job and make sure I was satisfied and happy. Excellent service, excellent work, highly recommended!!!!
Everyone was so friendly and courteous. I was real nervous about paying so much for a new roof because I have a big family and low income but I got a good deal and work well done. They redone everything that needed it right down to the 2x4s and now I have a better roof than any new doublewide would have! Money well spent and with the 5 yr warranty, which I don't think I'll need, my mind is at ease and I know I picked the right company to do it! I will definitely contact this company again for other construction needs in the future and will refer them to all my friends and family!
