Professional, polite, responsive, knowledgeable. Busy Bee has been to my house several times for both big and not-so-big projects when I couldn't get anyone else to come out. He stayed on the job until the problem was solved, and his rates are reasonable. I recommend him to anyone I know who needs a plumber.
Very poor service. Came out, pumped my septic tank, charged $200 (which is more than any other company in town) and my septic system still did not work. It backed up into the tubs and toilet would not flush. When I called they said that he had told us that the line needed to be roded. What they said when they were here was: "I could rod the lines but it will cost you more". Did not say they needed it or even it was recommended. As a home owner I trust the professionals to let me know what is needed. I don't know how it works but the professionals should know, and let the home owner know what is going on. I would not recommend anyone use this company. I could not be more disappointed in the service I received.
After waiting two days the owner sent his helper to my home to determine the problem. He removed my septic tank lid to auger my trunk line instead he thought my leech lines was bad. At which time he called his boss to come down to inspect. 3 Days later no one bothered to call or show up! I called back & spoke with the owner. He told me he would be there to inspect the following Friday morning. No one came by or even bothered to even call by the following Monday!! I had to call another plumber. Oh, and for what it's worth, it wasn't even my leech lines, it was simply goggled at the baffle inlet and required only a 6" stick to free it up. It took 2 weeks to figure this out. Unreal.
