Great company
Called servpro in London for biohazard cleanup/restoration because of ad restore like nothing happened. They came in ripped out walls and flooring and did not restore. They left bathroom fixture on front porch along with contaminated pieces of flooring. They did estimate damages to home of $5400 which we had to pay another contractor to fix. Also messed up plumbing to sink fixture which will cost more to have fixed. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone. The BBA along with OSHA and Dan Dare will be notified
Great customer service.
We had severe trauma occur in our house. Called servpro cause of their ad. . restore back like never happened. Our walls and floor were ripped out, bathroom fixture was left on front porch which we live next to busy country road so no privacy there. Plus there were pieces of the flooring that was left too. Sure that's osha violation. Terrible experience. Company profits from someone else tragedy. Osha will be notified
