Left me in the waiting room for 5 hours. Don't know what happened, according to them.now, that is a bad experience. Don't waste your time. Go to lexington or Corbin. And the front desk was rude,rude,rude.im serious, don't waste your time.
I have no clue at all what any of these bad reviews are talking about. My wife has used this hospital numerous times for multiple reasons. We have gone to the ER a couple of times at differe t times of the day and never spent more than 15 minutes before being triaged and placed into a room. The doctor's and staff have always been highly respectful and very comprehensive in knowledge. We came in at 3 am on a Saturday, no problem. 3:30 pm on a Wednesday, easy going. We have had a couple pregnancy related issues and drive here from Somerset for them. They get us in and get her taken care of in less time than I can fathom. I hope you find this review, because it seems a lot of these comments are made by people suggesting Corbin but almost don't seem real. I know i can't imagine some of these negative things being said.
The girls in the ER were amazing. Starting from the one that registered me to the Dr. everyone was so nice and very friendly. Made me feel right at home and stress free.
Wasn't a very good hospital. Went in at 5am by ambulance so they gave me a room was in the room at least three hours before anyone came in to treat me. Was in a lot of pain and it took them a total of four or five hours to even give me something for throwing up.. Would not recamend to anyone. I am not from the area and had to go in an emergency if I could do over I would've just delt with the pain until I could get to my own local hospital. Staff was very rude and lied about getting a blanket for me. I asked and didn't receive one for at least 4hours if it's life or death pray you can make it to a better hospital other wise your screwed

Worst hospital ever. Slow as it gets. Been here for 4 hours now they haven't called me back . And only 2 people have been call since I arrived here
