Apparently they have no repair service in or around the London ky area. And my upright freezer didn't last near as long as it should have. Its about 6 years old and I've been having problems with it for the last 3 years and after calling the service # I was informed they have no repair people in this area. So I took it to the Maytag repair shop and spent $165.00 replacing the control panel and it still doesn't work. I will never purchase anything Kenmore again.
I thought SEARS had closed! So thankful they are still in business!! It is the one place I can count on to find certain quality products and replacement parts for previously purchased items.
