I was very disappointed by my recent purchase. Your Substitution Policy states: "Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value." but I did not find this to be the case. The arrangement I ordered was not the 'standard' funeral home live plant assortment which is why I picked your site over the others. However, the substitution was simply that - standard funeral plants - nothing like what I ordered. Not only were the flowers totally different, but the flowers I ordered came in a black planter and what we got was a cheap basket. I wish I could add pictures of both. No comparison. I was very disappointed.
