I called to make an appointment I asked the girl to verifiy they took my insurance and also to make sure I didn't need a referral from my doctor. After a month my appointment was today and after I filled out all the paperwork they told me they don't take my insurance plus I need to be referred by a doctor and they blamed the mistake on a new girl instead of apologizing!!!!worse costumer service!
My son had a small spot of tinea capitis. The nurse practitioner put him on meds for 3 weeks. According to his Dr, the treatment should be at least 6 weeks. He changed her diagnosis to eczema. Which was proved not to be the case. Instead of treating him, they had us come back numerous times just to change the treatment. And charges $150 a visit. Go see another dermatologist. They try to keep you coming in order to make more money, instead of doing the correct treatment. My son is scarred now. And now KY derm wants to do skin grafts.
